Hi! My name is Ramona. Welcome to Artizon Bakeshop where we make your special events a little sweeter! I have been a professional Pastry chef for 13 years working and creating desserts for Bottega Louie Los Angeles, The Resort at Pelican Hill, Wynn Resorts Las Vegas and Moulin Bistro in Newport Beach. I attended culinary school and completed a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Food and Beverage management. I am a proud Kapampangan-Filipino American. I have been trained by the French my whole career and I decided it is time I built my own business and represent my Filipino culture in my cuisine while utilizing French pastry techniques.
